Positive: Quirky cottage within walking distance of the town. The host was very personable when she came to fix the TV, The enclosed garden was very good for the dog and the outside furniture and hot tub were nice in the warm weather we had. A nice touch was the welcome pack of cake, bread and milk, but if we had known in advance it would be there, we wouldn't have brought our own.

Negative: The traffic noise. The website has one emergency number but the instructions in the property have another number. We contacted the website emergency number initially when the TV was not working with no response. Finally we got through to the owner's number and they came the next day. We had to wait in until 11.30am the next day before the sat dish was replaced. The bathroom is downstairs, the hot tap moves about and the cold tap drips The stairs are tricky to negotiate, particularly in the dark, There is no teapot and no corkscrew in the kitchen. We bought dishcloths and kitchen towel in the village.

Positive: A very clean, homely and well equipped cottage. We also loved the outdoor area and the hot tub. It's in a great location and very easy to walk into the centre of Laugharne, as well as drive to other places.

Negative: We can't think of anything at all!
