Summary: These accommodations were the best. I walked in the front door and a sense of peace enveloped me like my mother's arms. Perhaps it was the warm, family-style breakfast room which made me feel like I was home. The house is tastefully adorned with native American artwork, which suits the log cabin construction. Our room was comfortably cozy. The bed was the most restful, ever. While we didn't use the hot tub or pool table, I could imagine a family reunion would have a ball, relaxing in the multiple indoor and outdoor common areas, hottubbing and playing pool. The lake is across the highway for water recreation. The included, individually cooked breakfast was suitable for royalty. After our breakfast we lounged on the front porch and watched birds at the feeder and the clouds flowing by overhead. Way too soon, we had to depart, but we felt much rested for our overnight here.
