It is ideally situated, within a 60 meter walk to a beautiful beach and a shelter shed.
Great for family activities on those hot days eg; swimming , cricket & walking.
It's a great place to relax for the tranquility of it all.
Smoky Bay, a # 1 Holiday destination with great crabbing, fishing & a supply of oysters readily available from the Oyster Growers providing a days notice is given.
Whiting, Crabs, Salmon, Garfish, Tommie's & Kingfish (during the summer months).
The house is a fully self-contained in a country style accommodation, Neat but Honest.
Black out blinds installed for a good night's sleep.
Air Conditioned in the Dining/Lounge and the far bedroom at the end of the passage.
ideal temp to set Aircons is at 22' for winter and Summer, a ceiling fan has been installed in the bedroom opposite the laundry for summer use, keep all leading doors and windows closed for the units to work effectively during the hot summer days.
A wood heater for winter use if you should desire to use it.
Rain water supplied to the Kitchen sink.
Use rainwater only in the electric Kettle.
Kitchen: Elect. stove / Fan Forced Oven, Microwave, Fridge/freezer units, Toaster, ETC.

Summary: Great Holiday Home!! The booking and dealing with owner was so easy. No problems at all. The property is all as u expect as listed. Very comfortable for 5 adults and all the home ammenities were available. Close to the beach and was great for our dog to have the space outside to run around

Summary: We booked the house to attend our friends birthday in Smoky Bay . Accommodation was good disappointed that the toilet was blocked the whole time during our stay . We have lots of friends there so we were able to use their bathroom.
