Positive: It was close to the Polar Express. Everything inside was clean and comfortable for my family.

Negative: The neighborhood was not attractive. But we weren't there for that. So, we were satisfied:-)

Positive: Communication was amazing. The trailor had every question you could think of answered on the walls in frames like pictures. The home was very clean and it made one feel at home. It smelled so nice when walking in too.

Negative: The true only negative was the surrounding area. It had some rough looking homes around it.

Positive: The home is an older double wide, at this time beautifully decorated inside, with a lighted Christmas tree. We loved the atmosphere. It for me was like coming home on a seasonal visit to my grandparents home. The country home bedspreads with bears is great.

Negative: There is nothing to complain about. The floors are new, but creaky in the kitchen. I couldn't sneak to the back bathroom at 3 a.m. without making noise. 🙂
