Positive: Great location, close enough to a couple of small shops and the beach. You can wash the sand off your feet with some outdoor shower and also use a dryer to dry your clothes (shared). The host offers some drinks and snacks for sale, on site. The bed was decent sized (shitty mattress) and the room was overall clean. The room had an working AC and a minifridge.

Negative: The host cancelled my reservation on booking and didn't told me about it.( probably not to pay commissions). The towels are just a bad joke, best way to cover yourself in lint. Honestly rather not offer something this shitty than calling it an amenity. The bed had a spring mattress which felt quite uncomfortable being the main reason we decided not to extend our stay here. The AC was poorly installed and it's facing the bed witch makes using it rather discomforting, it needs a deflector (very cheap to install) and should be fine. This residence advertises free parking at the property and it actually offers two parking spots inside the residence (one of which is used by the host). Street parking is free at the moment but I feel like this is literally fake advertising to tell people you offer free parking and later let them fend on their own.

Positive: I liked this location a lot. The room was spacious and had everything you need in it! I have nothing bad to say because my girlfriend and I really liked it! The host was great, he even offered us a free coffee in the morning.
