Positive: We wanted somewhere in this region & it fitted our location requirements.

Negative: It wasn’t particularly clean. Living room light not working, bedroom bulb went & there was no alternative such as bed side light. Blinds broken in bedroom. Bathroom not very appealing, frosted pain of class broken & replace with clear & no blinds. Wrong info given regarding collecting keys, which turned out to be in a key box but was told to collect them at nearby restaurant !

Summary: Cheap & Cheerful. Wouldn’t return

Positive: Room sizes were superb. Could be a fabulous apartment if cared for a little

Negative: Property requires electrical rewire, new floorboards, cutlery, maintenance in general. Could not open keys are on arrival, had to call and the code had been changed! Everything just a bit grubby and unloved.

Summary: Enjoyable few days as mostly out

Negative: There was no wifi - lots of things needed fixing (toilet basin took hours to fill, front door handle was all but falling off). The online booking mentioned to go to an address for the keys, which turned out to be a takeaway and they had no idea about us coming (had to call the landlord instead)
