Summary: The staff were amazing. I would recommend staying in a suite if you have a family of 4, you get the whole little cabin building to yourself, the other ones are split in two. Staff went above in beyond with upgrading us half way through the stay, even came in early to accommodate. All very nice pleasant people working there

Summary: Staff was virtually non existent. Wanted to get some ice for my husband's sore foot and really could not find anyone to assist at multiple times. Great access to trail out back!

Summary: The room was clean except for a small spider episode. Being from the Midwest bugs don't bother me but, my other half was a different story. The bed was my issue. I toss and turn requiring a firm mattress. The pothole I spent the night in was not to my liking but everyone has their own preferences. We only spent 1 night and had no chance to study the amenities. It was very quiet and peaceful with a couple of loud structural ''pops'' in the cooler hours of the early morning. I would recommend this resort if you like a soft bed but I will be studying other places in the future even if they are more expensive.

Summary: The room was clean and quiet. The fridge had a small freezer as well. There was also a microwave. There was plenty of drawer space. The bed was comfortable. There were nice views and a trailhead on the property. Easy drive to Smith Rock State Park.
