Positive: The host was always happy to help. The apartment was little small for the price but the amenities were better than a hotel. Everything was a five minute walk away and the locals were helpful and little nosy. You could easily spend a day by the river or in the Central Park and have no issues like in Buenos Aires.

Negative: The windows need to be sealed better. Noise travels them too easily.

Positive: The house is almost new, very comfortable, clean and well maintained. the TV and Fireplace remotes did not work(needed batteries). Just wish the weather had been as nice as the house .............boats did not go out because of high swells. Great house bad fishing.

Negative: house was great fishing was cancelled.

Summary: great relaxing trip wish we had been able to fish.

Positive: The place was clean and new inside. It had a lot of features which made it a great place to stay. Most hotels in the area cater to fishermen going out on charters, so the hotels can be pretty run down. This place was reasonable in price, but was like staying at a high class hotel. It is located close to the fishing charters (10 mintutes), and in a quiet neighborhood. If you come with a family, it is a place you would like as well.

Negative: Since many who visit here and would use your facility would be groups of fishers, the place had only 2 official parking places. You could squeeze in 3 cars, if they all aren't pick ups.

Summary: Loved it, and would come back again.
