Positive: We had a wonderful stay! The beach is just a few minutes’ walk through a beautiful pine forest, and the garden, with its olive trees and a large fig tree, creates a relaxing and authentic atmosphere. Our hosts, Angelos and Maria, are very welcoming and attentive. Even though they don’t speak English, this made our experience even more authentic and allowed us to truly connect with the spirit of the place. Everything was clean and well maintained. We highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for peace, nature, and genuine Greek hospitality.

Positive: Name says it all. It had everything. Even a washing machine for clothes. Rooms are big and clean, the kitchen is well equipped and there is also a dolce gusto coffee machine :) The owners are very good people. The yard is big and nice, the beach is just a few minutes on foot and there is a nice hotel with a big pool and cafe restaurant just nearby . Also just a few minutes by foot there is a nice taverna Sonia.

Positive: We like the hosts, I never fell so welcome anywhere, ever, and they do not even speak English. But their kindness and joy are simply extraordinary. I liked the beach which you can reach in 2 minutes. I liked the perfect yard and garden, the perfect cleanliness. I missed this place as soon as I got home:)

Negative: It was hot in 2 evenings..the conditioned air could not quite support the heat. Indeed it was good where it's placed, outside the bedrooms, but it was a little noisy and could not cool the air enough..

Positive: Perfect location for those who look for a quite family vacation in the shades of pine trees and small private beach in just 2-minute walk from Small Paradise. The beach is perfect and has two parts, one without sunbeds and the other one with. The property has a big garden for kids and adults to enjoy their vacation outside. The owners are extremely nice. They live next door. Our kids were enjoying doing different things in the garden with the owner, often receiving cucumbers, tomatoes, pomegranates from the owner from the garden. The accommodation was equipped with all the amenities you might need during your stay and was extremely clean. The towels and bed linens were exchanged by the owner on every 5 days. Nikiti is just 3.8 km from Small Paradise. Farmers market in Nikiti is every Friday, but there are also numerous supermarkets there, where you can buy everything, you might need. We would strongly recommend Small Paradise to anyone looking for a unique homey feeling of Greece. We hope to stay again in Small Paradise the next year since it turned out to be a perfect place for our kids to explore and grow.
