Summary: Loved my Room. Clean and cozy. In the 1st floor. Enjoyed most of my time in the Rooftop pool. They pre-charge you for a chair and an umbrella, so just be aware the credit is used for consumption. Not bad and great serve. Laia was lovely and so was Guafa. Very Helpful staff. The Gardner, Josue was so nice… learned a lot about the landscape in just 20 min of chatting with him from my terrace. Will be back.

Summary: I booked the night before we checked in, we would be arriving 1030am local time and did not want to wait. The front desk insisted they would bring bags to room. 3.5 hours later after phone call asking if they could bring up our bags , had to go down to retrieve bags, they forgot. The slider to the balcony had multiple huge cracks throughout the glass door, I let the front desk know and they said it would fine. Those 2 things were the only negatives.

Summary: Great spot for weekend R&R. On course a bit from the city centre but that's what we wanted. We visited for a wedding and needed s few days of relaxation by a pool before and after. SLS provided all what we needed.

Summary: We loved our stay at SLS! The staff are so kind and very helpful. The room was large and comfortable, loved having a balcony. The location is also very near the beach and easy walking distance to public transportation. Would highly recommend!
