Positive: It was easy to do the check-in as Irlanda explained us well how to enter our room...the room had a Chromecast!

Negative: For what we paid I would expect more comfort but I guess prices were up due to the marathon

Positive: The owner is very nice and helpful. I felt like home, got a lot information about how to move in Valencia. Also close to public transportation.

Negative: Maybe the lighting at the entrance that will be off after few minutes. However this is not relevant for my opinion to say this is a good place and if I return to Valencia I will book again this place.

Positive: What a cute place - and Irlanda is a lovely host! She sent fantastic check in directions via WhatsApp which included videos for clarity. We had Room A, which was spacious, and has AC as well as a pedestal fan. Our room had a large tv, a big double-sided closet, and a refrigerator. Very clean property, functional kitchen, two bathrooms to share for five rooms and I never needed to wait. There’s a 7kg washing machine in the kitchen (we brought laundry soap sheets), and laundry can be hung on lines or racks up on the terrace. Wifi was strong and secure, but weaker on the terrace. The terrace is a lovely place to eat or relax; it is up a steep set of stairs. We really liked the neighborhood, and walked to shopping and restaurants and just for fun. Easy access to bus and tram lines to get to the central city and the beach. We stayed for six nights, and I wish we’d planned to stay longer. We will return if we have the chance!

Negative: We really liked “the Blue House”- but travelers should know that there is no lift and you have to walk up a few flights of stairs to get to some of the accommodations.
