The house has a sun room / conservatory, ideal for children to use as a 'break out' area. Also with a TV.
There are two downstairs toilets.

Summary: A wonderful property with beautiful grounds. All of our party were very impressed when they arrived. Age range 3 - 78 ! We loved the Kitchen which was very well equipped and the main sitting room was fantastic, so many interesting features throughout the house and so many rooms to explore. We did ‘treasure hunts’ inside and out, which the grandchildren loved. All in all a brilliant house, which we enjoyed staying in very much. Thank you Wendy

Summary: We booked this property for a multi generational stay to celebrate my husbands 60 th birthday and it was perfect…. Warm welcoming and full of wow!! It is important to us to be able to holiday with our dogs as they are very much part of our families and this place couldn’t have been better. The kitchen area was a very social space and the lounge was a lovely quiet area for our older members of the family. I would love to come back for another holiday Jerry and would thoroughly recommend it as a family meeting place. Wendy was very helpful and kept in touch throughout our stay. Absolutely the best property for this special family get together!!

Summary: Fantastic house & grounds. Huge inside, kitchen great - spent most of our time kitchen/patio/garden/ pool. Pool lovely - any probs solved with Wendy quickly, weather not an issue as pool heated. The pictures do not do it justice. Really only very minor downside was the recycling (we do it different in Wales), and possibly getting used to the various noises from the showers lol (necessary to pump the water up). We will bring our own induction frying pans next year - those supplied were good quality but a little warped on bottom. We have been to so many places UK & abroad with and without our children/grandchildren, this by far is the best family place ever! Really !

Summary: We are a smallish ladies walking group who wanted a larger property to stay in during Covid times so that we did not have to share rooms. We loved this house from it's warm comfortable kitchen to the beautifully heated pool. Location is great for walking.

Summary: 10 adults, 4 children and a dog. What an amazing property, we couldn't quite believe our luck when we first arrived - the pictures do not do this property justice. It is absolutely amazing. Despite 4 noisy children you couldn't hear them from room to room. We have been very lucky with the weather and made full use of the pool. The town is a short walk down the road and we ate at the swan inn which was delicious and beautiful scenery. We are already planning our trip next year!
