Summary: Our family of 12 people had a very nice Christmas Eve and Christmas night stay. The owner was very easy to work with and had excellent communication and overall made it a point to make sure that everything was going well throughout the trip. The house had an interesting combination of large gathering areas and yet also had areas in which one could spend individual time away from the group. The kitchen and dining area easily handled our group of 12. The game room and game activities was a hit. We had a wonderful stay and we give the property a high evaluation score and recommendation.

Summary: This property was clean and spacious. It is great for kids, family and friends. It has many things to do indoors. It also has a jacuzzi and fire pit outdoors where we enjoyed making smores. The owner is easy to get in touch with and access to the place was also very simple. My family and friends loved our stay and recommend it.

Summary: Love the house, lots of space and beautifully decorated! It rained a lot so we didn’t get to spend much time outside, we did enjoy the hot tub for an hour or so. The kids and adults loved the game room! We all had a blast in there. Overall a great weekend!! Thank you for all your help and kindness!!!

Summary: My family had a wonderful time at this cabin and the surrounding area. We had ages 2 to 79 years old in our group — the cabin served us well, and there are a lot of family-friendly activities nearby. The game room is awesome!!! Plenty of space to spread out in the house. Heads up, the floors upstairs are creaky. Rachel was an excellent host; she was very responsive and addressed our concerns quickly.

Summary: We went to Beech and Sugar Mountain skiing with our kids. The proximity to each was great as well as it's location to Boone. We all had an amazing time. Rachel was the best host... Quick and helpful communication. The home was very comfortable and cozy. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit out back!
