Negative: 1. Handicap room on 4th floor. If there were a fire, we would not have been able to get down the stairs timely. 2. Went to take a shower and there was a used wash cloth stuck up in the shower curtain.

Negative: Pillows too soft. The water pressure in the shower was dismal.
