Positive: We always stay at this facility when we visit Shreveport... The room was very comfortable. I wish the rates were a little cheaper as I am a widow with 3 teenagers working with a fix income. But other than that it will remain as our home away from home on our trips ( usually ever 4-6 months)

Negative: Would enjoy a special rate.
