Summary: This was my first time staying here and probably my last. Not sure I'd visit again if in the area. I had room 104, which is basically on the basement floor, my view out the window was the driveway 5 feet above the window. For months in advance I booked a king suite with jetted tub, and to my disappointment, it was broken when I went to use it. It was odd how it fills through the jets too. Despite their website showing 2 available jetted tub rooms to book that night, I was told they had none available, they were being renovated, and they would not move my room. Check in was fast and the woman was friendly. She tried to help me get the tub working and said it seems a worker removed the knob that activated it. She did offer a partial refund, which I did get, of thirty dollars, although I still paid more than had I booked a regular king room which is what I basically had, along with the broken tub... My room was near elevator, it was clean, but had some wear and tear, AC worked well, but for a suite, it was a regular sized room, no couch, or even a lounging chair. The room also smelled a bit like the devils lettuce when I arrived. Bathroom was fine although tub floor was in rough shape. High ceiling though! The breakfast was just okay, pretty basic offerings, like eggs, sausage gravy, and waffles, some muffins, yogurt, etc. I got some pizza and a cheese steak from the restaurant out front and it was delicious and convenient as it was pouring that evening!

Summary: It was okay. Location is off the highway, but was quiet. The room is not updated, and my bathroom tiles were cracked and loose, so it was very weird to walk on them. Didn’t seem like the cleanest hotel, but it was only $100 at the time of booking and was near where I was working. Hotel is pretty outdated.

Summary: Customer service during the hours of 3-9 was amazing. Others were not. Management could take a lesson from her. We will return because of her.

Summary: I chose this hotel because it said smoke free. As soon as we got to our floor it wreaked of cigarette smoke and marijuana. We were both so exhausted and it was only a one night stay that we decided to power through. I am asthmatic and was up all night coughing, to the point I went and slept in my car so my boyfriend could try to sleep. There were cigarette burns all over the door frame and the floor was so sticky our feet were sticking to it as we walked around the room. It was not worth the $156 dollars we paid to stay one night.

Summary: Upon arriving around 7:30 pm, a group of people were hanging out front smoking and talking to each other. My husband proceeded to check in , while I was insisting we go to another place. I told the front desk - this was not a good look or safe appearance for approaching guest. My husband remained at the property but I not staying.
