Positive: Room was very nice and clean, and the entire hotel seemed nice and clean as well

Negative: The kitchen lady was extremely rude regarding my service animal, my service animal had her vest on and working being well behaved and the lady was yelling at me from across the room to get out. Then after the previous super nice lady at the desk told her it was okay to leave me be but she kept mumbling and saying she was scared of animals, then she continue to try to provoke my service animal by walking up to her like she was hoping my service animal would react. I told this lady several times to leave me alone and to stay away from me since she was so scared of animals, Very unpleasant behavior and experience

Positive: Location was good, Breakfast had only one staff but she did her best by herself to make everyone happy

Negative: My toilet kept running after being flushed, also their was no ice when I needed it.

Positive: The staff were friendly, especially the breakfast gal. She was wonderful. Beds were nice.

Negative: The air conditioner did not work well. We were a very uncomfortable. We had two other rooms for our family and their air conditioner worked great.

Summary: We were in town for my Son’s graduation from basic training at Fort Benning.
