Summary: Very friendly, responsive staff. We had difficulty finding the correct channels on the tv, so the evening desk staff member came to our room and very quickly instructed us how to use the control.

Summary: The sheets on the bed were the softest I had my entire trip. Pillows were great (not flat like many). Walked to a nearby Starbucks for a bite and a beverage. Breakfast fair.

Summary: Convenient location, steps away from a stage where we were lucky to watch a rock concert. Clean rooms with all amenities and good breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff made our stay excellent.

Summary: Staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. Alarm clock would go off multiple times a night, but was not plugged in (not joking) and bathroom fan was very loud.

Summary: Our room door didn’t lock. They made us aware but you would think they would at least not charge us for the dog or something. The refrigerator was broken as well. The staff were nice and apologetic but sometimes that’s not enough. You pay a certain price for the basics and the basics aren’t there. The place looked Very tired.
