Positive: The staff was wonderful. When I arrived in the parking lot. I saw a women smoking out front. Unbenounced to me, she was the front counter staff. I don't recall her name, but she was amazing and pleasant. She was personable and I had fun conversing with her.

Negative: The shower in my room was dripping and wouldn't stop. The dripping was annoying. Although the room was fairly clean and comfortable, there was noticeable dirt/debris in the corners of my carpet and bathroom.

Negative: Fit and finish of room was a little worn, not horrible just not what we are used to seeing.

Negative: The only negative I encountered was the room cards I was given never opened the room door even after going back to the front desk twice. The manager was called to replace the batteries on the door, but his card worked and he handed it to me. That is the key card I had to use to get in the room.
