● Please only throw toilet paper in the toilet; there is a trash can beside it for everything else.

Summary: Cute place, I enjoyed the balcony and the back patio a lot. The location is nice and quiet and we felt safe the whole time. The only minor complaint I can have is that I could see some areas of the home that need a deep clean. But it wasn’t filthy or anything. Kind and chill host. Would return!

Summary: The property is in a great location, but could use some updated decor, especially curtains. The living room curtains are completely sheer. The lighting on the stairs and the ceiling fan in one bedroom does not work.

Summary: I love town homes, I like the back patio, clean and roomy for my cat. Comfortable beds, could use some throw blankets to sit on the couch with and maybe wash the bedding in something more flowery it smelled like it was sitting in the washer for a minute. Not the owners fault but whoever built that bathroom must pay. The niche is slanted down leaving my products to fall on the shower floor and the shower wasn’t that clean, could see hair from previous user and the door wasn’t as clean. Other than that the stay was nice and quiet.

Summary: The owner did a great job with communication and I believe it is priced right. I have no issues with the owner but had several items to address with them which I trust they will address and fix. Issues I had included no working smoke detectors. I fixed them easily because the battery was incorrectly put in (and presumably never tested). Also there was no carbon monoxide detector and the furnace is next to the bedrooms, so I bought one and they reimbursed me which I appreciated. The cleanliness was okay but there was still leftover coffee from the previous renter, mildew and scum that needed to be cleaned in the shower. There's electrical issues which I addressed with the owner including the fan light switch which makes electrical shock noises, and for some reason the light comes on and off depending on the fan setting. The dryer vent was either off or clogged because a ton of moisture and drops of water accumulated all over the floor and walls of the room. ***I sent a video of the dishwasher door to the owner, because the hinge whips the door to the ground at a very high velocity and slams the ground***Other than that, beds were comfortable, instructions were easy to follow and prompt follow up.
