Positive: Communication would have been better,I thought at arrival there would be like an office and someone at the gate guiding you through luckily a lady came from nowhere and made me calm and helped me.got a number via emails and came upon Ronel who assisted me with the keys.

Negative: Everything is there it's nice and clean, would love to stay there again.As I always take my own hairdryer, this time I decided to leave it and could not find one anywhere in the property

Positive: Chalet was well equipped with modern utensils and good quality bedding. Modern kitchen. Super living and outside space

Negative: The stack bed in the main bedroom is very uncomfortable. Single bed above the double bed. We were in unit 50. Space between the 2 beds very limited. Because of the bed we will not stay there again.
