Positive: This was our first trip to China, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience.Since we were not familiar with the roads here, we contacted the staff a few days before checking in and asked them to send us the location. However, the traffic and navigation in Chongqing are indeed quite complicated, and we still got lost. Fortunately, the staff patiently guided us on how to get there throughout the entire journey. To our great surprise, they even came downstairs to meet us and helped carry our luggage.This was the first time we had met such wonderful staff in China, and it left us with an incredibly good impression of this city. Although there were quite a few people during the midday peak hour, the crowd thinned out after a short while.The check-in process was efficient, and we were shown to our room in no time. Upon entering the room, we were pleased to find plenty of disposable amenities, which are very hygienic—this was a big plus for us.We stayed in Chongqing for quite a long time. We had originally planned to try several different accommodations, but this hotel offers great value for money, boasts stunning night views, and has an incredibly soft mattress that ensured we slept soundly at night. We simply didn’t want to stay anywhere else. Overall, this is a highly recommended hotel with friendly and thoughtful staff.
