Positive: Very comfortable bed. Clean and comfortable. Light and airy space. Good bedroom size, good kitchen size. Kitchen well equipped. Good water pressure in bathroom. Quiet inside the property. Access to small enclosed private garden area. Parking on site. Friendly staff. Easy access from A449. Rural location but close to amenities. Wandering peacocks checking out my motorcycle on the drive made my day.

Negative: Did not realise at time of booking that there was a children's play area immediately behind the garden fence. Not necessarily an issue, just was not expecting random people's heads to pop up from time to time, felt there was a slight lack of privacy using the outdoor space when the fun farm was open. After closing it was all quiet. Could hear motorway noise in the garden, but again, not necessarily an issue as it could not be heard once inside the property.

Positive: A nice quiet location and a perfect base for our hiking activities.

Negative: The smelly dog poo right and the rotting pumpkins right outside should have been cleared up - they were there for the duration of our stay.

Positive: It was easy to find, it was clean and warm, very comfortable and loved having an ensuite bathroom

Negative: The toilet sometimes flush well, sometimes not, so was a worry at first but really only a very mild inconvenience . Parking was tricky but I think that was just because there was pumpkin picking on at the time

Positive: The place was clean, cozy and its layout was perfect for a work trip stay.

Negative: It didn’t have hand soap during the trip so we had to get our own (the place said no toiletries however hand soap is standard). There was also no towels or hand towels on the first night (this was fixed the following day however we had to use a shirt to dry ourselves). The heating in the living room didn’t work either, at least in the rooms it was fine.

Summary: Nice place, did the job however slight hurdles of inconvenience

Positive: The apartment is next to a farm and it was great for the kids! The apartment is bright and had everything you could need. You can park outside the apartment.

Negative: The bathroom was a bit cold.

Positive: Cosy, good facilities, lovely rolled top bath. Everything you’d need. Very comfy bed. Nice little private garden. Very warm and welcoming.

Negative: The neighbours upstairs were a little noisy. But it didn’t spoil the stay.

Summary: Great little break, in a nice location. Warm, cosy & quiet. Just what we wanted.
