Positive: Had a very short night /stop before heading to the airport early in the morning. Had 6+1 adults/baby in the family room, but surprisingly it was quite comfortable. Clean beddings & toilet/shower plus spacious backyard area to hang around with free flow of tea/coffee. Didn’t expect breakfast, but it came with the room, which was nice and thoughtful

Negative: It was quite hot during the day in summer. Probably need more fans/ air conditions

Positive: The staff were excellent, keen to assist with travel information and take care of any issues that may arise. The breakfast was a nice surprise.

Negative: The room we had was not air conditioned so sleeping was a little uncomfortable in the extreme heat we experienced. A fan was provided however, and the garden area offered a cool breeze.

Summary: A great place to base a short London stay before a flight from Heathrow.

Positive: Staff was extremely helpful starting with the night porter who moved his car so we could park our car in the hotel's own to the breakfast staff being very proactive and friendly. The bedrooms and bathrooms were renovated and looked very clean and tidy. Breakfast buffet choice was excellent with good quality cereals and pastries. it was good to have some ham, cheese and hot dishes available too.

Negative: On arrival the outside of the building does look a bit dismal and you might wander where you have arrived. The entrance hall is very basic with no seating area it is just a counter and then corridor leading to rooms. We requested quiet rooms and were allocated both rooms on the side of the busy road outside the hotel.

Positive: Great staff, welcomed straight away and directed to the garden with bottled water as we were early. Breakfast had a range of choices. Transport links nearby were perfect.

Positive: This is like a cute home away from home. Breakfast every day, and room has everything you need to be comfortable. Nice common areas also, including garden. Close to buses, train, shops and airport! Staff are very helpful and friendly. Would happily stay again.

Positive: Exceptional attitude of personnel. We were standing at the hotel only for one night and got an upgrade of the room to a better/larger free of charge. Breakfast was excellent for starting our long trip that day.

Negative: Even though we had an upgrade the room is till rather small, but good enough for the short time stay and also in comparison with British standards.
