Summary: The cabin room was generally clean (no protective covers on the pillows), had everything needed, and in good working order. If you like 60s decor then the cabin and amenities are perfect for you. I think it needs updating so you can really appreciate the amazing views from the rooms and dining room.

Summary: The hotel property is great, it’s in Shenandoah national park so it’s beautiful. The restaurant is good and offers large portions. Only complaint is the rooms could’ve been swept, dusted and vacuumed better. Also the wifi in the room did not work, so plan ahead for keeping your kids busy during down time. We were able to walk to Stony Man Trail from the hotel, nice hike and beautiful view once you reach the top
