Positive: Aw that was a dream! When I first arrived I thought it wasn’t going to be as nice as the pictures…. But boy I was wrong! The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and clean. The beds are extremely comfortable. The beach is small and has very little waves because it is actually a bay, but for me that couldn’t be better! I went there with kids and the fact you can see them from anywhere in the hotel and beach area is so nice! I haven’t relax as much since forever! The bar is excellent, the restaurant is gorgeous. The food is delicious. They had dj playing most of the day when I was there! I would recommend 10 out 10. And can’t wait to book another trip there!!!

Negative: I am trying really hard but there is nothing I didn’t like…

Positive: This has become my favorite resort and I can't wait to return. I love all the amenities. We enjoyed kayaking and swimming in the different pools and the beach. The food choices were great and all staff were very attentive. Thanks to Aldo and even the new guy that had just started his first day. The lady managing the kayaks was very pleasant.

Summary: This place will become our little getaway. Such a gem

Negative: Food and beverage Room service ends at 3 No dogs allowed at Sky Bar but dogs at bar No service below the bar at lower bar Responded to early check in request after we had already checked out Never responded to first floor room request. Booked us in second floor room. Changed room and changed $50 more. When questioned said it was for activity fee. However fee was already added to our booking fees. Staff seemed to care less.

Negative: Bed was horrible, hot tub was broken, towel dispenser for pool was broken. There was no designated parking so we were unable to go anywhere because we wouldn’t have a parking spot when we came back, plus we had to pay to park.

Negative: The location is right off the highway . It is a budget type hotel for families . They have a large pool with a bar area that is very full . It is not for adults looking to relax . Beds are uncomfortable . It is a great place for people with kids that like to drink by the pool while the kids run around and play in a fenced in area .
