Negative: Food and beverage Room service ends at 3 No dogs allowed at Sky Bar but dogs at bar No service below the bar at lower bar Responded to early check in request after we had already checked out Never responded to first floor room request. Booked us in second floor room. Changed room and changed $50 more. When questioned said it was for activity fee. However fee was already added to our booking fees. Staff seemed to care less.

Negative: The location is right off the highway . It is a budget type hotel for families . They have a large pool with a bar area that is very full . It is not for adults looking to relax . Beds are uncomfortable . It is a great place for people with kids that like to drink by the pool while the kids run around and play in a fenced in area .

Negative: Bed was horrible, hot tub was broken, towel dispenser for pool was broken. There was no designated parking so we were unable to go anywhere because we wouldn’t have a parking spot when we came back, plus we had to pay to park.

Negative: The door to our room was very hard to open. The sliding door was also difficult to open or close.

Summary: Beautiful grounds. Great location. Good food, but breakfast was overpriced (breakfast sandwich)

Positive: The games such as cornhole and shuffleboard & many pickleball courts were great travelling with our teenagers. There were many available during our stay. The bed was good and the room was quiet. The plantings were beautiful.

Negative: The main minus point was the breakfast. I didn’t like the food choices and the prices and having to eat out of cardboard boxes. A simple self serve buffet would be great. Toast, eggs, fruit, tea & coffee.

Summary: We had a good stay.
