Outside: Perched on the hilltop, the backyard has views for miles across vineyards, horse stables, and rolling countryside. With a 5 acre lot, the home has an enormous amount of privacy. No other houses on the hill are visible from the backyard. The large, saltwater pool is heated year round, and is always a comfortable temperature for swimming . An in-ground spa connects to the pool. There are also 8 pool loungers and two umbrellas that surround the pool. Overlooking the view is a large dining area with seating for 12. A large real grass lawn provides a luscious play area for kids and adults. And finally a sizable deck connects the kitchen and pool table room to the outside.
Living Room: Directly inside from the pool is the living room. In addition to sharing the pool's spectacular views, it has two comfy areas for relaxing and gathering. Couches and accent chairs (easy seating for 10 adults) surround a 75" TV. The TV comes with multiple subscriptions including Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, Max, Paramount+, and Amazon Prime Video. The living room also hosts one of the two bars in the house. There is a piano that you are welcome to use; it is fully functional (but not recently tuned).
If you need to work, the home is equipped with Gigabit wireless internet throughout. Two of the bedrooms have desks with chairs. The dining room, 2 bars, and kitchen island with counter stools host a variety of options for comfortable laptop spaces.
Family Room: The family room is continuous with the kitchen. It hosts the house's second bar and a 9' long pool table.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking and serving dishes for large meals. Dinnerware, wine, champagne, and cocktail glasses - all for 12 people. There are several serving dishes to make large meals fun (and beautiful).
Dining Room: The large dining room table comfortably fits 10 people, and can accommodate up to 12 (12 chairs are provided).
Primary Bedroom: The primary bedroom is by itself on the upper floor. It looks out on the pool and backyard and shares their breathtaking views. This bedroom has a king bed and a large closet. It also has a newly remodeled ensuite spa bathroom. The walls are covered in Moroccan plaster and the floor is Italian Terrazzo. The shower has two shower heads and in the center of the room is a 71" soaking tub. The vanity boasts a two-faucet sink. Just the thing for relaxing after a day playing in the pool or venturing out wine tasting.
Guest Bedrooms: In the left wing of the house, there are 3 bedrooms, each with a king beds. Two of the rooms have desks. This wing also has two full bathrooms, both hallway accessible.

Summary: Our group stayed at the house the last week of March and used it as home base for wine tasting in Sonoma and Napa. The house was beautiful, incredibly clean and well stocked. We loved closing every night in the hot tub, overlooking the beautiful view and staring at the stars. The hosts were wonderful - from suggestions and tips before the trip to frequent check-in’s during the trip to prompt responses to questions, they were excellent. I especially appreciated the simplicity of check-out, with no tasks for us to manage. One small note: the house has three full baths and two half baths. It was a perfect setup for our group, but had we been larger as originally planned, each couple would not have had their own bathroom. What a wonderful vacation!

Summary: This home is beautiful, comfortable, and clean. The pool and view put it over the top. We took a lot of day trips during our stay but our favorite part was coming back to swim and enjoy the hot tub. I highly recommend!

Summary: The communication and attention to detail made this house a luxury destination.This is one of the best rentals we’ve stayed in. Every bedroom had a king size bed. I’ve never seen that. And my whole family is over 6 feet tall.There was enough space for all of us, and there were comfortable hangout spots. This was a beautiful space, and the owner was true to the pictures relayed what the house look like. One of the best experiences we’ve had staying in rentals.

Summary: Eight friends descended upon Santa Rosa for a long weekend of fellowship and wine tasting. we had a blast. the wineries were spectacular and our plan was exceptionally well executed. however, we needed more time as we whipped through Sonoma at dusk and didn't get to experience it's charm in the daylight. Our lodging was great. everyone had a bathroom and bedroom. The views from the house were magnificent and we had the opportunity to dine al fresco with the help of a private chef. definitely recommend this house to large groups. It's somewhat dated, but everything worked and the party had a fantastic time .
