Summary: Our stay was a good one. Staff was friendly but when we needed things they had to wait until the next day to get it to us. And then we had to go find it the next day. So, sort of put out to find items such as extra towels for example. We only had 2 in the room but checked in with 4 people. It was an ok stay

Summary: Nothing was good about our stay. Used razor blade in the tub, pillows were terrible, food at breakfast was cold. You get what you pay for.

Summary: While I would stay here again because of the price, there were a lot of things lacking. The staff was nice, the room was clean. There were only three small pillows on the king bed. However, there was NO airport shuttle, even though it was advertised online. The breakfast was about a "C", lukewarm, and not a lot of variety. The pool was green, the hot tub didn't "bubble", and there weren't even any towels in the pool area, even though I was there at 10 a.m. and the sign on the shelf said if the towels ran out at 1 pm they wouldn't be replaced for the rest of the day. Our door caught on the frame, and made a horrendous noise every time we went in and out. I felt sorry for the people around us when we got there at 11 p.m.

Summary: Only issue i had was how easily the key card stopped working but they warned us upon arrival so I dont blame them it was just annoying

Summary: The breakfast menu was somewhat limited, but the essentials were available. We had an issue in one room with bugs, however they moved us to a room. However the next day they called us to say they needed us to move to a third room which they had not said anything and were difficult to deal with for a mistake they made, appeared to have double booked rooms. We finally resolved and did not have to move because we were not on site, however they were not the most helpful with this issue.
