Positive: excellent location right on the beach, communication was good and the staff very friendly and welcoming. i loved that they allowed an early check-in as well as a late checkout. Special mention goes to the Manager Mr Gupta for going above and beyond for my parents who were celebrating their golden anniversary. He organized for them a dinner at the beach, as well as hotel staff singing and dancing for them, then topped it up with decorations in the room and on the bed. i highly recommend this hotel

Positive: The hospitality of this hotel is a 10/10 Great location, beautiful white 𝐬𝐚𝐧𝐝 and front beach. Perfect location far away from the overly crowded part of Zansibar. I was on a solo trip and I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel . Very clean environment and peaceful 👌🏾 Thanks to the chefs who made delicious meals! And the staffs who were soo friendly and very welcoming.

Nestled along Zanzibar’s pristine coastline, Sky & Sand provides guests with direct access to stunning white-sand beach and the crystal-clear waters of the Indian Ocean. Though smaller and more budget-friendly than luxury resorts, the charm of Sky & Sand lies in its intimate and relaxed atmosphere, where the emphasis is on personalized service and authentic experiences. Expect cozy rooms with essential amenities such as air conditioning, comfortable beds, and private bathrooms. Many resorts have ocean-view rooms or bungalows, allowing you to wake up to the sound of the waves. Sky & Sand has 2 swimming pools, a beachfront bar and a restaurant serving fresh local seafood and international cuisine, giving you a taste of Zanzibar’s diverse flavours.. (I highly recommend their Prawn & Coconut Curry!!) The staff are warm and welcoming and they are eager to help you make the most of your stay. Michael can arrange excursions to Zanzibar's top attractions if you need any recommendations from one of the locals themselves, and he offers you really great prices too. He booked us a trip to Mnemba Island as well as Jet Skiing and Prison Island. We also had lovely long chats with him daily, as well as lovely conversations with Ibrahim behind the bar and all of the other staff members. Evenings at Sky & Sand Resort are peaceful, with the chance to enjoy sunset views from the swinging beach beds. The laid-back atmosphere makes it easy to unwind, yet there’s enough entertainment and adventure nearby to keep you engaged. During our stay there was also another young couple who were celebrating their 1 year anniversary, and we watched as the team as Sky & Sand made a beautiful private dinner table on the beachfront for them to enjoy.
