Summary: We booked Sky One based on proximity to a festival we were attending in Melbourne. Key element to this was parking for the duration. Confirmed parking two days before arriving but was told parking was only for two days. Staff did resolve this issue, but through much deliberation. The hotel was very tidy and the accommodations were very nice. No blackout curtains on the windows and the airflow noise under the door may bother light sleepers. We asked for trash bags because you have to take the trash to the drop chute, but never received the additional trash bags. Overall it was a nice stay but I will probably not stay there again.

Summary: Was not abke to enjoy the property fully as balcony was closed off. Wifi was not working for first day and had to move to another room the next day. Pool area had a lot of constant smell of food cooked in downstairs restaurant and no ventilation turned on. The property is on very busy road and nearly impossible to park and check in. The Check in door is locked so had to wait for someone to come to reception to get in.
