A unique Caribbean villa of great charm and character, one of just a handful of private homes overlooking Half Moon Bay, regarded as one of the most spectacular white sand crescent beaches in the world
Sky High is set in extensive private grounds and offers peace, tranquility and total privacy. The walk to the beach is about 8 minutes down a private road.
The villa offers plenty of spacious, comfortable accommodation for up to 6 guests with a large infinity edge swimming pool.
The space
Living Area - Central kitchen with breakfast bar and adjacent, well-equipped pantry and storage area. Dining area with table seating for eight and windows overlooking the rear garden. Comfortable seating area overlooking Half Moon Bay and access to the pool deck. There is a sofa bed in this area providing additional sleeping for 2 guests.
Principal Bedroom - King sized double bed, built-in louvre door wardrobes, views over Half Moon Bay. An en-suite shower room leads to a dressing room area with louvre door wardrobes. There is a sofa in the dressing area that can be converted to provide additional sleeping for two guests.
Second Bedroom - in separate annex accessed from pool deck. King sized bed can be converted to twins if required, built-in wardrobes, en-suite shower room.
Guest Cloakroom - Low level WC and hand basin.
Utility and Laundry room - located in the grounds below the second bedroom.
Rear Garden - Occasional seating and sun loungers, dining area with table and seating for six and country views.
Pool Deck - 28' swimming pool, sun-beds, picnic table and plenty of shade when required.

Summary: Sky High was really a wonderful place to stay. The house had everything we needed and wanted. The pool was perfect, kitchen was well equipped , the beds super comfortable and Bruce was the best possible host. He was so welcoming and his rum punch is wickedly good. And of course the beach is the best on the island. Thank you

Summary: A house of real character with a vintage sixties vibe and so many reasons to return: the ceaseless tropical breeze mitigating the heat (as does the gorgeous pool), the sense of privacy - even isolation, all the wonderful birds, the entire beach to oneself at 7:00 am, peace and quiet and relaxation, a real house not a purpose-built villa, the vast night sky.

Summary: Sky High overlooks one of the prettiest bays in Antigua. The spacious deck and infinity pool were where we spent most of our time when we weren’t at the beach. The charm of the place is partly the result of its location far from the main tourist sites and restaurants. We were more than happy with lunch at the beach shack and pickup dinners, but for people who like to dine out this might be a problem.

Summary: We recently stayed at Half Moon Bay and really enjoyed the location. It’s an easy 4 min walk down to the beach that almost feels like your own private beach! The owners were easy to communicate with. And the pool at the home was Wonderful. We would stay here again:)

Summary: The property is on the less developed side of the island and about a 10 minute walk to a beautiful beach and an excellent beach shack for lunch. I can't say much about the interior because we spent our time there on the spacious deck overlooking the bay or on the back terrace out of the sun. The two master bedrooms were comfortable and well appointed with views of the water and sunrise. Our grandkids slept on the hideabed in the living room and in an alcove off the master bedroom. They are used to camping out and were fine with it. The host if very responsive and his recommendations of a taxi and rental car service was particularly appreciated.
