Positive: Beautiful and clean flats. Ideal for both short snd long stays. Staff were helpful and kind. We had an unfortunate event where we crashed our rental car as we leave from parking. Staff tried their best to liaise with officers which we highly appreciate. Would stay here again if visited Adana in future.
Negative: Building is not soundproof and there might be some noise from upstairs or downstairs but again that depends on your luck and other tenants. It was not a major disturbance in our case.

Positive: What we liked about the property specifically it was close to our wedding venue and relatives. It had good value for the price is comparable to what I would normally get for an Airbnb. When I return to Turkey and if the price is still good, I will book again with my family
Negative: I didn’t like the garbage outside or the construction in front of the building didn’t make it look appealing. It was only once when you got inside that you saw the beauty of the inside and forgot about the outside.. I was told that it was normal just to have a washing machine and not a dryer accompanied with it, so I miss the drying machine that I’m normally used to when it came to doing laundry. The vent in the main bathroom was very dirty, but other than that is a perfect unit.
Summary: I booked this apartment Airbnb because I was getting married and we wanted a private place to stay

Negative: Only cleaned one in over week, would have liked it to be done more, shower didn’t drain properly but otherwise a clean property in a great location.

Positive: Very interesting concept – an apartment with a kitchen combined with hotel facilities. Two bathrooms, a rooftop pool and free parking are big advantages.
Negative: No negative aspects.
Summary: Excellent place with an interesting concept and great facilities, with no downsides.

Positive: It's a beautiful hotel with great location, we stayed here before and we gladly booked again. Spacious rooms with big TV for the kids, two balconies, two bathrooms and a roof top swimming pool.
Negative: Our second stay in a week. First time everything was great. Second time, we had to ask for another room because there was a terrible smell of smoking in the room that we first got. Second room, it was still present but less. In the room there was no salon table and the couch had smoke burns. It is an no smoking hotel. There are 3 air conditioners but only one remote was working. We only stayed for one night so it was all doable but this is just so unfortunate.
Summary: Unfortunate
