Positive: This is hands down the best experience I’ve ever had. The dome was absolutely stunning with a magnificent view. The amenities are incredible. I was happily overwhelmed with alpacas and llamas. The staff set up an amazing bonfire after dinner, and I was just snuggled up with the dog from the property. The hospitality was TOP TIER. You cannot miss this experience. Hot shower too. Breakfast was included and filling for a day of adventure ahead.

Positive: I loved how cosy this property was the bed was perfect lots of blankets and hot water bottles to keep warm as it drops cold at night! Food was excellent! I’ll never forget this place was definitely a highlight of our trip! The glass on the domes was very clean could see the stars amazingly from our bed! Super clean!!! All the staff were super kind and accommodating! We will be back one day for sure! Will recommend this place to everybody!!
Negative: Only thing and super minor was personally we would have liked a kettle in our room just so we didn’t need to walk up to the restaurant. Not a problem though! We probably would have liked some wood for our fire but again we could have just asked. Possibly complimentary water in the room would be a nice touch.

Positive: La ubicación es privilegiada, el staff hace de tu estancia algo mágico, cuidando cada detalle que puedas necesitar. Y destacar las comidas que prepara César y el rato de conversación! Las llamas y alpacas hacen tanta compañía!

Positive: Everything! The location, the views, the staff. It was perfect. We arrived straight from the airport and the staff looked after us so well making sure we were drinking the coca tea or muna tea (which was accessible 24/7) We then picked what we wanted for dinner as it’s cooked fresh for you at your time of choice. We then chose to go on an alpaca walk which fantastic ! The sky dome gave us the most unreal view of the stars. The staff couldn’t have been more welcoming. I’d recommend everyone staying here !

Positive: Definitely worth the trip. The area is stunning. We stayed in a dome for a night after hiking Machu Picchu and it was a great experience and very relaxing. It’s easy to get there from Cusco in a taxi. The family are so welcoming and through the alpaca walk we did, were taught about the local areas history and wildlife. The food was great, we had dinner and breakfast and a pisco sour to watch the sunset. The whole experience felt very authentic. Would recommend 100%
