Positive: I liked everything about the property Located it was clean. It was caught, but it had everything that I needed. The host was fabulous. They checked on me almost every day to make sure I didn’t need anything.

Negative: If I had to find something wrong with the property, the only thing I could would be it was a little humid.

Positive: Room was super clean, and the vibe around was chill. We stayed here for 10 days, and it's a good space for a couple.

Negative: The internet was slow, parking was expensive, and the kitchen cabinets had this moldy stench going on.

Positive: The small condo is perfect for 1 or a couple. It is complete with everything you need. Good WiFi, air conditioner, hot water, full (small) kitchen, Netflix, clean, comfortable, and secure. Nice big open space in the back with a recreation center (swimming pool, tennis court, basketball court) and in front is the main road with restaurants, cafes, markets, shops, all within walking distance. Access to Tower 3 for ‘the best’ viewing terrace overlooking beautiful Taal volcano. The hosts were excellent, nice, and very accommodating. Good value for Tagaytay, I highly recommend.

Negative: No balcony. It would be preferable to have a car if you stay here but I managed just fine with the jeepney and bukuo.

Summary: Excellent short term Tagaytay rental!
