Positive: Very beautiful location and close to the beach

Negative: The yard weeds are crazy out of control, my partner actually twisted his ankle walking to the porch because he didn’t see the hole, the stairs are big steps to go up stairs very hard for some to go up. The upstairs toilet is loose and wobbly when you sit. The Wi-Fi doesn’t work well at all. There is no wii upstairs like stated in the description. The smoke alarms battery were low and kept going off for no reason. Beds are not comfortable

Positive: The host was very responsive, it was walking distance to the beach, and had an ocean view.

Negative: The couches were uncomfortable to sit in but we really didn't stay inside much.

Positive: We loved the access to the beach and how quiet the location was. The space was great for our family and the big table with the lazy Susan in the middle will be talked about for quite a while. We also really enjoyed reading the history behind the cabin and seeing the changes thru the years.

Negative: The stairs up to the 2nd floor are very steep and were too difficult for my aging parents to navigate. I would have liked to have known that before hand. We also found the lack of light outside when dark problematic because it was slippery with all the mud. Laying some gravel might help but also some light over by the stairs up to front would be helpful and be more ADA friendly.
