Positive: Fully equipped villa , great jacuzzi which was real fun, 3 barrooms for 10 people staying.

Negative: 4 single beds at the attic which is nice for children bunt not for 15 years old and above. At warm day, the attic is warm, one fan which broken legs is not sufficient to cool it off. Other was our request to add toilets paper which was rejected. We were disappointed as paying 450 euro per night should suffice to basic toilet paper sufficient for 6 days.

Summary: It wa overall very nice enjoyable stay.

Positive: Very beautiful chalet

Negative: Very hot on the top floor, no AC, most of the windows without mosquito net some was broken. Check out set to 11 am . But in actual the cleaning staff was at the property at 10 already, giving us the feeling they are pushing us out. - starting to clean while we have our staff there. Also we forgot something on the property we ask if they find it there, first answer was no, after we asked them again they said they will go check the day after, than they found some of the stuff.. than asked if they can send it to us while we will pay for all hassle, we got ok from them , but that was about it…

Positive: The location and facilities are great. The house is clean, and sheets are snow-white. Near the house, in the territory of Tri Vody complex, there is a nice place to eat in some national dishes.

Negative: We had some issues with finding the house at arrival while it was snowing hard though, the numeration of houses is not obvious.

Positive: Nice, well equipped chalet with large spaces, ideal for a group of 8-10 people. The receptionists were also were helpful. The ski bus is within walking distance.
