Positive: The villa was awesome! Spacious and very private. We booked for one day and were lucky enough we could entend our stay. Katerina is the best host you can wish for. No effort too big for her to make your stay one to remember. The beds are very comfortable. Highly recommended!

Positive: The villa exceeded all expectations upon arrival. We were blown away by the kindness and generosity of Kat, the efforts that she went to throughout our stay from prior to arrival through to the end. We were greeted with a fully stocked fridge and cupboards, far beyond basic provisions, which was totally unexpected and a lovely touch. We were treated like family and looked after as such, especially in our hour of need (apologies again for making you spend half a day in A&E in Argostoli!!). The space was perfect for our family of 4 to relax and enjoy but would have comfortably housed at least another 4. The pool was amazing and the location was so peaceful and private, it was our own little slice of luxury. Cannot recommend this villa/host enough and we will certainly be returning again!

Negative: Not really a dislike, more just for awareness, but after prolonged exposure in the pool, a few of our lighter swimwear items did start to turn slightly green. I believe this is from the copper present in the water oxidising and is common from a sea water pool. Our teenage daughter's bleached highlights also went bright green to her dismay but to the delight and hilarity of the rest of us haha.

Summary: Amazing space, dream location, fantastic host. Great holiday experience!

Positive: Katerina the host was amazing. So helpful with questions and local facilities and things to do, and came every day to clean and bring supplies if we needed them. Pool and view was stunning. So much space to spread out.

Negative: We were there in a heatwave in July so without aircon it was extremely hot. The fans were essential.

Summary: Beautiful villa and incredible hospitality.

Positive: We’ve spent a wonderful time in Skinos Ilivatos Eco Villa. The house is located in a beautiful quiet place, with nature and sea all around. The house was fully equipped, clean and with large rooms. Kat, the owner, is a fantastic host. She is kind and she does everything to make our journey exceptional. More than a house, when you go there, you feel good vibrations which brings peaceful mind. We highly recommend.

Positive: Katerina is an exceptionally friendly and helpful host who goes well beyond the call of duty to ensure all your needs are met - like having a five star personal concierge. The house is beautiful and well equipped and the location is stunning. You can clamber down the rocks and swim in the warm sea at the end of the garden. We loved meeting all the animals - from the 40 cats to the four horses and the friendly donkey.
