Tucked away in the Cornish Countryside, this beautifully presented, upside-down, converted barn offers a peaceful location set within acres of lush green countryside. With parking for two cars and nobody but the owners in the neighbouring cottage, you will surely feel relaxed as you enjoy the tranquil surrounding private grounds and woodlands of Lower Town, whilst still being only 3 miles from the historic market town of Camelford and 6 miles from the outstanding North Cornish Coast.
As you enter the property you will find the two bedrooms, master with double bed and en-suite bathroom with bath and electric shower over bath and the second twin bedroom. You will also find the very useful utility room with washing machine, clothes airer, iron & cleaning facilities.
