Positive: I really liked this place - fully, FULLY equipped guest house. There was everything starting from kitchen furniture and ending with sewing kit and necessary pharmacy. Everything was clean, house is cozy. Amazing place for several couples or for big family, there are board games, TV, own small garden, you can make a snowman:) there is parking place near the house. Shops are ~1km. It's located not in the center of Gudauri, so there ot's really calm and no noise in the evening. Guram and his parents are hospitable and nice people. I will go there my next travel to Gudauri.

Negative: Nothing, everything was perfect

Summary: I definetelly recommend this amazing cozy house and thanks for Guram and his parents for hospitality

Positive: the homely feel indoors hard to explain but we felt like home or better

Negative: getting the car into the property from the main road it’s probably a 100m distance but the rain n everything have destroyed the gravel road but did manage to get the car in without damaging

Positive: Everything!, the house is super cosy, comfortable, and fully equipped with anything you might think you need ;) Guram and his family made us feel at home, they were very nice, welcoming and helpful, offered us rides to nearby markets, and shared with us some homemade goods. They also offer some local farms honey and dairy, that is very delicious and affordable. The scenery is breathtaking! and location in the summer is fantastic for hiking and outdoor activities!

Negative: Nothing.. could not recommend this place enough!
