Positive: Clean, new, price. Place was fully renovated and was very comfortable. Short walk from the beach. Great price

Negative: Was in room 12 upstairs and could hear the floor underneath opening draws, walking etc when they arrived home. Must move car to avoid being towed in morning and afternoon.
