3 Bedroom House in Triana Shores, Triana Shore

Our House is located in Triana Shores, the Southern end of Harbor Island. Built in 2013, the house has 2 bedrooms in the main house on the Ground floor and 1 bedroom in the Cottage next door. Above the bedrooms, guests will find a large living area with beautiful decor and an open kitchen design. Outside and off the living room, is large balcony on the second floor with sunset views of the harbour side of Briland. Downstairs also has a large outside seating area in front of the bedrooms.
The property has a large lawn area, perfect for children and adult games and play time in the garden. Property is fully equipped with garden toys and fully fenced in for four legged pets.
Beautiful Outdoor shower. We have lots of beach toys, chairs, towels,umbrellas.
⚠️ please note the new development Briland Residence is currently causing some construction noise during the day.
We are unfortunately unable to control this factor. April 2022!

Summary: We loved the spacious house and the garden (where our dog happily ran aroung chasing lizards). There are three showers and three toilets which was very good. Lots of towels and spices so we did not need to bring our own or buy a whole set of basic stuff for one weeks stay. Very charming and well equiped. Would love to stay again! Best regards, Martina

Summary: My friend and I just returned from a lovely stay at Chris & Lisa’s Six Turtles. The communication from the hosts both before and during our stay was perfect and we were pleasantly surprised at how beautiful and unique the house and surrounding outdoor yard area is. There is minor construction going on in some surrounding areas, but it did not bother us in the least or interfere with the serenity that we felt while being at the house. If you are contemplating a stay here, don’t hesitate, as you will not be disappointed!

Summary: We have been traveling to Harbour Island for 20+ years, usually with a large group and staying in a large house. As our group has shrunk we needed less bedrooms. Six Turtles is the perfect fit, we absolutely love it and after the second time, it feels like our new Island Home! Six Turtles has the best, most relaxing vibe, makes for the most relaxing vacation ever! Chris is super helpful when we had questions or needed something. Our plan is to continue coming back for many more years. Definitely my favorite island in the Bahamas!

Summary: The property was amazing. The ONLY negative was the construction noise in the lot next door. The property manager was responsive and so helpful. I would stay here again…without a doubt!

Summary: Six Turtles is a great spot on Harbour Island, especially if you are on a budget. Chris & Lisa are the best hosts and super communicative via WhatsApp. They even got us a new refrigerator mid-stay when ours went out after being damaged by bad renters! They have kept rates affordable, even over holidays, which has allowed us to bring our families back to this house multiple times. The house has tons of space, cold A/C, a great kitchen and is very close to the beach (less than 5 min walk). The decor, facilities and building are quite modern and updated in comparison to most houses in the same price range on the island. There are always minor quibbles - no TV in a main room for family movies; no grill or hot tub as in the pictures (unfortunately damaged by disrepectful renters), and the stairs would be tricky for children or elders. It has been perfect for us in the past and we hope others will enjoy it in the future.

Summary: Cute and quirky house with limited views of the harbor. Beds and towels were clean, but there were dead worms all over the floor and the fridge was not clean. It was very frustrating since the cleaning fees are so high. There are construction projects on two sides of the property: the house next door starts at 8am and goes 6 days a week; back of the house abuts a large marina project which goes 7 days a week and is very dusty. The cleaning service arrived 2 hours before the departure time and while nice, made us feel rushed and awkward rather than leisurely packing on our last day of vacation.

Summary: The Airbnb was great. It was only a short distance to town, and with a golf cart, it was easy. The construction going on was a minor annoyance, but we were never really home. Would recommend and stay again.

Summary: We highly enjoyed staying at this house. It was very clean on a beautiful lot with a yard for the kids to play. However as noted on their description, this house is not child friendly. The stairs and upstairs patio has large openings where a child can fall. We secured the entire upstairs by moving around their furniture to block the openings which made it more safe for the toddler. Also, the bedrooms are downstairs and the living room and kitchen is upstairs and are only connected by outdoor stairs. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The pack and play was perfect and made us bring one less item on our trip. Harbour island is a beautiful island with amazing beaches. We loved riding around in our golf cart and exploring new places. We also rented a boat for a day which we really enjoyed. We saw different sea turtles and had some drinks at “The Otherside” hotel which is absolutely beautiful. We will be back. Thanks!

Summary: The property was fine but between 4 AM roosters and 8 AM construction and jackhammers it was a very loud and disruptive experience. Not much you can do about either of those two but a little more disclosure would have then helpful. A hot tub was advertised on the Vrbo site that was not available upon arrival which was a little disappointing as well. Otherwise very convenient location and it worked well for our family.
