Summary: Room was clean, towels and shower gel provided. TV, WiFi, coffee/tea and breakfast cereals provided. Staff were friendly and helpful. For me the only drawback for 5 stars was the room was next to the beer garden and if you had window open and smokers outside it would drift in. But, having said that I would use again.

Summary: I had a fantastic stay and was genuinely impressed by the room. It was modern, spotless, and equipped with everything you could need, including a fridge, wardrobe with plenty of hangers, hair dryer, kettle, and a lovely large shower. The thoughtful extras were a great touch too, with cereal, biscuits, bottled water, and Ribena provided. As the accommodation is attached to a pub, I wasn't sure what to expect, but the room exceeded all my expectations. It was comfortable, well maintained, and had everything needed for a relaxing stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for great value and excellent accommodation.

Summary: This was a great place to stay. Room had a fan and fridge. There was tea and coffee as well as some breakfast cereal boxes and a carton of milk. Better than expected. It was a walkable distance to Enfield Chase and Gordon Hill stations. Felt safe walking about on Froday evening. We had a key so could let ourselves in after the pub had closed.
