Positive: The location was perfect. Our view was of the Mediterranean Sea. Eric and his family were so helpful, they gave us a lot of suggestions of places to go, and places to eat. We had a car issue and Eric even helped with that! We spent a month on Crete and the Sitia Bay Apartments was the best location and the most peaceful place we stayed.

Positive: The room was comfortable, clean, quiet and the views from the balcony and the 3rd floor terrace were very nice. The sunrise and the sunset from the terrace should be seen at least once. The host was very welcoming and gave us information about the town.

Positive: We loved the location right across from the beach, and the pool was absolutely gorgeous, what an amazing surprise that was, and so clean. The room was spacious, clean and had a view of the ocean and many amenities in the kitchen. The breakfast options were so good and the cafe on site was wonderful. We wished we booked longer.

Negative: If we stayed longer, we probably would have liked a more comfortable couch and a coffee table, for the living space.

Summary: Sitia Bay Hotel was the highlight of our stay on Crete and we hope to come back one day.

Positive: Well designed and organized hotel. Nice pool , breakfast room and roof terrace with amazing view. Nice setting, the hotel is close to the city and next to the beach. The hotel room is well equipped, has terrace with sea view The hotel manager Eric is a very helpful host, with nice staff.
