Positive: Perfect location in the Gangnam district. Convenient store nearby and the metro station is 5 minutes away by walk. The room has almost everything that you would need.

Negative: All and all the room was great. The only thing is that I could not find the bed sheets.

Positive: A great location near lots of restaurants and public transport. The apartment itself was decent and the bed was comfortable.

Negative: It wasn't clean, and the shampoo and body wash were practically empty. If these things are fixed, it would be a much better stay. Also there is no coffee machine.

Positive: Host was very helpful and fast responding.

Negative: Shower was always leaking, 40% of lights were not in working conditions, dishwasher did not work( has a power, but water did not come into), the windows are facing busy street ( very noisy 27/7).

Positive: The location was perfect for me. I chose the apartment for a 2 week stay and it was comfortable and met my needs perfectly. The host was very responsive to the few questions I had during my stay.

Negative: I was surprised there were no bed sheets, but being a solo traveler, I made do with the bedding that was supplied.

Summary: If the location fits with your plans, this is an excellent option for an extended stay in Seoul.
