Positive: Entry from the room was via a link in an email and then the locks were opened by my mobile phone...really neat. Very spacious and room for the extended family. Four double/twin bedrooms over two floors, two bathrooms, two lounges with seating, the larger one with dining area. Tv's etc.. exit to a rooftop terrace via the upper floor with seating, loungers etc.. All good. Clean and plenty of towels and bed linen. There were a further two double pull out beds with lien for these too. Very central location to walk to all major parts of the city centre, restaurants and bars. Great City and reasonable prices.

Negative: Towels could have been bigger, but OK and spares. KItchen a little small. The shower in one of the three bathrooms was out of order, unfortunately the largest of the three, but managed fine.

Summary: Great place and location. Little pricey, but not for 7, plus 2/3 of guests for my daughter's 21st

Positive: The flat is situated in the old centre, 3 min walk from Placa de la Reina, Cathedral. We arrived at 11 and had the posibility to leave our luggage at their office (3 min away from the flat), same for leaving day. Flat was clean, we used AC to set the temp ( he have 2 kids, 3 and 6 years), we did not Cook but had a lot of plates, glasses, pans. Also, a big plus for the Iron. I would recomand!!!

Positive: The accommodation is in a fantastic location, very close to the beautiful Plaza de Reina. There’s a local supermarket right next to the building entrance, and Lidl is only a 10-15 minute walk away. Additionally, there are a cafe and a pub nearby, so you don't have to wait long for a morning coffee. Everything was very spacious and clean. The kitchen is very well-equipped, and the internet was really fast. Also, the staff from SingularStays are among the friendliest people I’ve interacted with.

Negative: First of all, it was quite disappointing that there was no clear information at the beginning of the booking process about the €200 deposit requirement. You are asked to pay it on a shady website, or alternatively, you can go to their office and pay with a credit card. Additionally, the check-in instructions were not sent on time, and I had to go to their office to get them. Another issue is that anyone staying here needs to have internet, as the building and apartment doors can only be opened with the help of internet access due to electronic locks. Finally, while the kitchen is very well-equipped, it would be nice if basic seasonings like salt and pepper were provided, as these are essential for someone arriving and wanting to quickly prepare a meal.

Negative: Booking.com knew explicitly how many kids were booked & their age & despite that still let us rent a flat that was missing a bed for one child - Property suitable for 7 not 8 :-(()( this was meant 2 kids had to share one single bed - not great for sleeping… Also intercom/eKey system was disruptive as rang 3 times loudlybevery time sb was entering the bulding from outside

Positive: Great location. Initial quick response from.staff to a break in and locks immediately changed.

Negative: Despite the main building having a code to get in and each apartment having a key safe, we were broken into on our 3rd day. The apartment was obviously accessed with a key , as there was no.other way in. All of our things were gone through and all of our cash plus a few other items were stolen. There was no safe for us to use in the apartment. Still waiting to hear from.the agents about their insurance, which the police said they would have and that we should be recompensed. No response to.my last enquiry.

Negative: Nothing really - kitchen was a bit tight but that’s being really picky!!
