Positive: The position is close to the city center.

Negative: The wifi didn't work for the whole stay. Initially, the key of the main building they gave us was not correct; they asked us to take the correct key from the reception, but after our request they delivered it to the apartment. The bed lines for two people were on the bed, the other two were "hidden" and we had to look for them in the apartment, with the help of the staff. In conclusion, the apartment and the facilities were not adequate for the cost they asked for. We stayed for two nights and lost time to try to fix these problems with the staff, delaying the other activities we planned.

Summary: Not unforgettable stay

Positive: It was in the quiet zone of Valencia

Negative: The floor was very dirty and there were trash from earlier visitors in the corners. The toilet door jammed, so it was nearly impossible to get out. The kitchen is not well equipped and clothes rack in one of the bedroom were broken, so no space for your clothes. No electric kettle. The door lockers are a pain I the but, instead of using the normal boxes for the key to the apartment.

Summary: No worth the price of the money

Positive: The app really is in the center of the city which is really convenient. Apartment was nice and specious. Stuff was really nice and supportive.

Negative: We really didn't like the noise from the main door of the building where the app is. Everytime someone open the main door it was really loud and annoying and it woke us up or even worse it woken up my kid and a baby. Beds weren't really comfortable.

Positive: The location was great and the room was clean. We lived just 3 minutes away from the city center. The lady working at reception was really nice.

Negative: The rules of the facility. I had put in my card details for deposit into an app that doesn't have terms of service and privacy policy available (filed GDPR complaint for them). When I said that I cannot do that (feels very sketchy and insecure) they said I will not get my keys. Also the cleaning lady kicked us out at 10 in the morning and when we told her we have checkout at 11, she wouldn't listen. We negotiated 15 minutes to pack as fast as possible and leave immediately.
