Summary: Toilet never flushed. Attempted to contact the office and never got a reply. Cleanliness wasn’t horrible, but there were a few dead ants in the bathroom. The motel was cheap and very close to the beach, but with no working toilet, good luck. I even checked that the water to the toilet was turned on and it still never worked.

Summary: The place is good but needs some changes; the shower, for instance, was very weak—it took a long time to bathe—and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. The air conditioning wasn't powerful enough for the entire space; it only worked well for the bedroom! Aside from that, everything else was fine: the location was perfect, and the parking and neighborhood were good.

Summary: Prime location for sure but not attention to details. AC in one of the rooms doesn't work, the fan and TV in the same room doesn't work. Wifi is terrible and casting was our only option. The door by the main room closet is broken. The people who lives in the apartment next to it looks homeless. Shower was super dirty but thankfully I brought clorox with me and cleaned the bathroom. The portable AC unit that's in the closet is from 1987 and doesnt have the hose.

Summary: The property was clean and the A/C wes good. But the dresser was missing knobs and the stools were broken. Only one glass cup was there . I called many times to expand my staying one more night, I got the answer a couple of hours before I checked out. It was too late.

Summary: I must say this place is a "DUMP"! I had a reservation for another location (See my 5-Star review of Fernando Flats) but they were booked for the prior day, so I had to select Singer Island Inn as it was the only option on Expedia. WOW It is rundown, beaten-up and unclean. When we arrived the apartment smelled like weed! There were dead roaches and everything was dirty (see pics). The place is very small and can only accommodate 2 people. Many floor tiles are chipped, broken closet door, kitchen heating elements are burnt, and the sink water pressure is a drizzle, to the point that you cannot wash your hands or brush your teeth. I gave it two stars because the A/C did work, shoer had hot water and decent pressure and the bed was comfy, but for what I paid which was more than Fernando Flats, I will never come here again!
