Positive: Lovely gardens, great swimming pool and nice Fale. Attractive beachfront location. Staff all friendly.
Negative: Fairly expensive meals with variable quality. While the information booklet in the Fale indicated there was a shop onsite, it was not operating. We were told there was a TV in a lounge that we could watch, yet when seeking to see the news one evening, were told that although the TV was new, no-one knew how to sort it for us to watch anything. Mixed standard of service.
Summary: Nice rest at an attractive resort that could have been even better still with a bit more effort.

Negative: There are not enough sun loungers at all , around the pool 6 only and at the beach 6 only. There were plenty of other open spaces with great sea breezes that they could put cabanas or covered day beds. For 20+rooms this was just not adequate. We were also a bit disappointed with menu options. It was Easter and they were fairly full but things on the menu kept selling out.

Positive: Loved the people ‘ layed back adult only environment
Negative: We were in a deluxe room & Included tropical breakfast was poor. Cordial offered & we had to pay for fresh juice. Tropical fruit was very limited. When we requested fruit around pool it was unavailable. Fresh drinking water was not set up for 3 adults in our room. Only rectified once we questioned this. Snorkeling gear was in poor condition & unusable. Very disappointed. Pool towels not available around pool. Taking wet smelly towels back to room after days use is not acceptable. Had to take towels to reception & organize fresh towel to be delivered to pool area next morning before swimming. Booked as adults only resort. Children still entered resort for meal times from outside resort that was disruptive.
