Summary: The first room was too small I asked to move into a larger room which was promised and then we were moved to a junior suit which was at two level story bed room and bath was upstairs and the sofa which would get into a bed was downstairs BUT there was no bathroom or even a mirror downstairs all closets for clothes were downstairs as well Not a good plan for three older ladies BUT location was great , staff were real friendly They knew from beginnings that we were three people and we paid a huge payment for the room I booked

Summary: I love this hotel. Its in the center of Milano. Breakfast is excellent. Staff i reall loved them and thanks all of them gor their wonderful hospitality. Not only reception everyone workong in the hotel is helpful cherrful and love it. I will come and stay again. Location and people is the best in this hotel. Hughky recommend everyone

Summary: The hotel staff were extremely helpful in arranging transportation from/to the airport as well as to other cities on our trip. The room was upgraded free and was so very nice and comfortable. The location is central to the city center to walking was so easy! Would definitely go back!
