Summary: This home has everything we look for in a vacation rental - clean house; quiet, safe neighborhood; bright, open great room/kitchen area; nice kitchen which enabled us to make our own meals. The owner is quick to respond to questions, concerns. A couple of recommendations for the owner: 1. The kitchen could use towels and wash cloths. We used bath hand towels and bath wash cloths for clean up and drying our hands. Not a deal breaker, just a recommendation. 2. The addition of a couple table lamps in the great room area would offer better lighting than the one ceiling light fixture for guests who read and/or work on a device. All-in-all we would stay here again.

Summary: Wonderful home, just my dad and I stayed, house was very clean and in quiet neighborhood. Only thing I’d recommend is having the wifi password posted somewhere, I had to ask for it and it was the next day before I got a response. Also, didn’t find or see a checkout list. 10/10 recommendation.
